CIAA yarded 1470 lambs and 220 sheep, Sucker lambs have nearly come to the end of their run with only a few fresh lambs left out of the Adelaide hills. Our standout pen was a pen of 28.5kg shorn Lambs out of the Clare Valley returning $290. Processor and trade lambs were cheaper by $10-$20 with most lamb returning $9.5 to $10.10/kg. Store Lambs remain strong on good quality plainer lambs slipped $10-15. only a small number of hoggets yarded today and were firm on last week. The mutton market was also firm on last week. Rams sold well, in very limited numbers. CIAA will be 1st sale next week |
