This week we saw an exceptional yarding of very good quality grain fed lambs across all agents. CIAA presented its best quality yarding of the year with plenty of heavy x-bred lambs returning $240 to $258. Many of these lambs were being quoted above $8.50. Store lambs of all varieties were in very strong demand with plenty of buyers present. Hoggets and Ram lambs saw a big jump on last week with plenty of heavy types up around the $180 to $190 mark. Mutton also saw a lift on last week and Rams made up to $100 with extra strong competition.
